Thank you. Believe it or not I have fasted before and go my body into a very nice shape. But then of course I did not change my ways or keep my mind focused on staying in shape and eating only when really hungry! But I do plan on making the changes to improve a better way of eating after my fast. Thanks for the encouragement!
