You are very sweet thank you for the kind words. I have tried Liver Flush I cannot do it my bowel is too sensitive because I have endometriosis on my bowel. I would be prepare to do coffee Enema, this hurts a bit but not as much. Also I have done master cleanse for 10 day stright felt absolutly awful the whole time and did not see any improvement.

I know what you are saying that if I am going to get better it is going to take a lot of work and detoxing so on...I am prepared to do the hard work...my diet is mostly clean and I have been using a number of protocols for years now to over come my health problems.
