What is wrong with people? Instead of just doing the programs as directed, it appears that there are a few who just like to start bogus messages. As one of the earlier posts stated: THE Bentonite & PSYLLIUM HAS A PROFOUND EFFECT ON THE SHAPE, STRUCTURE, SMELL, AND COLOR EVERYDAY BY DOING WHAT IT'S INTENDED TO DO. This is all predicated by one's system and how it releases trapped wastes.

JUST DO THE DAMN PROGRAM AS DIRECTED, AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. PLAIN & SIMPLE. MOST SLACKERS WHO WASTE THEIR MONEY ARE SLIPPING BY NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER, EATING THINGS THAT ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, OR JUST NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. THERE IS NOT ONE DAY WHILE ON THESE PROGRAMS WHERE THE BOWEL MOVEMENTS ARE IDENTICAL. IF WHAT THESE DOUBTER'S ARE SAYING TRUE, THE BOWEL MOVEMENTS WOULD BE IDENTICAL SINCE NOTHING BUT THE SHAKE IS BEING INGESTED. SOME WILL BE DARK BROWN, SOME WILL BE GREEN, AND SOME MAY EVEN BE BLACK.
