Hi,

I am currently looking into haitial hernia as a cause of my GERD/indegestion symptoms.

Some websites indicate that jumping from a stool with a stomach full of water, may be enough force to pull the stomach back down to it's normal postion, thereby eliminating or at least, easing the symptoms.

Has anyone tried this and had success with it?
