I got an ayurvedic pulse analysis done. I took the online quizzes but was totally confused and overwhelmed at the information. Once I started working with an ayurvedic practitioner, things became easier to understand, and I got with the "slow changes" way of thinking. Then again, I get to work with an apprentice who isn't charging me for the visits, just the herbs...she does the pulse thing every couple of weeks.
