Hello gang.

I'm from Toms River, New Jersey. I'm currently working on a Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) elimination diet. The health benefits are absolutely incredible. Of all the different protocols I follow here at Curezone this is by far the thing that's been bothering me for over 40 years. And I'm sure many of you here can also benefit from this also. I still find Liver Flushing very important though.I'm also looking at other excitotoxins to eliminate from my diet. I had an experience the other day that I will never forget. I felt so good & my pain was totally gone, & I mean to the point as if I never had pain there(my lower back)before. And this is after on the protocol after only 2 days. If anybody is interested just let me know & I'll point you in the right direction.
