Dear Woody & Rick, thank you both for your help.
I decided to skip the cesium for a couple of days till the pain goes away.
Then i'll take it once a day untill my body gets used to it.
I guess we are all different and for some of us it takes more time to adjust then others.
I'll take my time, better be safe then sorry :)
I am very exited about doing it all however, i checked my ph this morning and it was 5.0 !!!

I wish i could just check my potassium levels whenever i need to,but with my doctor its not gonna be so easy, he will question me why i need this done, and you know what they think about unconventional medicine..and for every blood test the lab needs doctors order so i'm not sure how to aproach that.
