Hey.
I just woke up. Its noon, saturday, july 28. Its the morning of day 11 for me. I would post later today but there are a few things that happened that I want to share.

First I was getting back pains in the later half of day 10 yesterday. And i was really feeling my kidneys working. Very fimiliar pains with what "Michel" on Yogayak mentioned. I felt my back/kidney pains continuously. It wasnt really painful. I just felt them working. I believe, i hope, that these are signs of detoxifications!

Second, I was feeling very ill this morning, like I wanted to throw up. This was in bed though. I didnt get up from bed because I thought I would wait until it went away, but it didnt. I got up anyways, and it went away when I got up. Very wierd.

Third, I was planning to go the gym yesterdayafter I posted my day 10 posts. I ended up sleeping the whole day and didnt make it to the gym. i will see if i can make it up this weekend. I dont know about today because:
Overall right now I feel ok. Not energitic, but I just woke up. But I feel that this is how its going to be the whole day. I feel that calm and rest are going to prevail today.
