Hi,
as i stated in earlier posts always take potassium first and then take cesium a little while later, always take cesium with food on your stomach and the potassium must be taken at least 4 to 5 times a day. Make sure you eat something first, my sister when she gets up she eats a little something then i make her fresh juice using organic carrots and apples and celery, then about 11 she has eggs then i give her the cesium, but pror to that she has already had potassium.My sister never had pain in her arm just tingly sensation around the mouth. follow this protocol ive stated but just try one tablespoon of cesium daily but try it at noon time after youve been eating and have potassium in your system
