Me too! Let's get started! Mom2Many, I understand taking it easy to gauge your level. I'm doing the same thing. I just have so much energy, and now that I feel regular, I wanna use it to my benefit.

So, here are my stats,


Start Fast: 7/19/07, Weight: 200.5 lbs, Body fat: 34.5%, Pant size: 16, Height: 5'9-5'10

Pre-fast measurements-- Bust: 42", Waist: 35.3", Stomach: 46", Hips: 43", Thigh(L,R): 27",28.2", Bicep(L,R): 14.2", 14.4"

Current: 7/27/07, Weight: 185.5, Body fat: 29.6 !!!, Pant size: ? looser than before

Current fast measurements-- Bust: 40", Waist: 33.5", Stomach: 36.5", Hips: 41", Thigh(L,R): 27",27.5", Bicep(L,R): 15.2", 15.5"

Totals: -15lbs, -4.9% body fat, -22.3 inches


So these are my preliminary stats. Yours can be more or less detailed, as long as you post at least your weight and measurements. I think my totals are pretty good, seeing as how 1% of body fat a week is recommended, and I lost almost 5!! In less than two weeks! That's 5x the results! I was also shocked at how many inches I lost from my stomach. I thought I was wrong, but I measured again. And yup, 10" gone! And I thought my stomach was the slowest to react to fat loss. Boy was I wrong. Also, my bicep measurements were off b/c I measured at a different point this time, so I'll just say there was no loss, though they feel slimmer.
