What is Symbollon's fiscal year?
Our fiscal year end is December 31.

When was the initial public offering of Symbollon stock, and what was the price at the time?
Symbollon went public on December 7, 1993, selling 1.15 million units (each unit consisting of one share of Class A common stock, one Class A warrant and one Class B warrant) at $6.00 per unit. We are listed on the OTCBB under the ticker “SYMBA.”

Does Symbollon pay a dividend?
Symbollon has never paid a cash dividend. The current policy of the Board of Directors is to retain all earnings to fund our continued growth.

Do you have plans for a stock split?
Not at the current time. The Board of Directors will make decisions on any future stock splits.

We do not have a direct stock purchase plan. However, you should be able to buy our stock through any stock brokerage firm.
