I've tried it a few times, but I get lightheaded/foggy and once I had heart palpatations. I would like to use this method for overall health benefits, but I am scared about those side effects. I squeeze the bottle 4 or 5 times. Perhaps I should begin with just one squeeze and work my way up?? Anyone else experience this?
