We all have a certain degree of constipation.

ALL FOODS are TOXIC to some degree, in that we humans are AIR BURNERS ONLY. In our degenerated state of health, we seek life from consuming other substances and these substances end up killing us when we have accumulated enough of it.

The SKIN being our largest organ expells the waste when the liver/colon is clogged up or unable to handle the load.
