I use Bentonite clay as a shampoo, and it gives my hair tremendous body. It keeps my scalp from itching for days, and helps w/ dandruff. I'm very pleased w/ it so far, however, I'm not 100% it's entirely safe. One day after using it, I got a bad eye-headache, however, there are other factors that account for that too. I worked in the cold freezer for a few hours that day, and I was experimenting with an unpleasant sounding brainwave entrainment setup. I wont use that setup again.... Trial & error, that's the way to learn.
