you know there are times i dont even bother with this epsoms salts because i just cant stand it.. instead i will take colon cleanse herbs and smooth move tea the nite before to prepare and 6 hours before the flush ..etc etc..more than normal. And it works.. The last flush i did ..i did epsom's with a bit of liquid mag citrate  2x's before flush.. and no bm's did flush felt absolutely miserable .constipated and bloated and did mag citrate only in the morning..and still didnt have a bowel movement for at least a good 3 hours...then it flowed half a day.. dont like it..i'll stick with smooth move and herbals instead.
