while taking Iodine i have done a lot of things i wouldnt normally do, dietwise. Iodine has worked like a champ. in fact, washing down a meal with 100mg of Iodine in a glass of water is like instant perfect digestion. i probably shouldnt say this because someone might think "ah, home free", but we know it doesnt work that way.

i know i am doing some deep cleansing right now and the lead factor makes all kinds of sense. i am gonna do some lbb at some point and see how that works. i have no problem, but like you said, its like one sitting doesnt move it all. funny, becasue that was the big feature of squatting - complete evacuation in one sit.., uh, squatting.
