Hi there - I had breast pain on and off with mirena....sometimes almost unbearable. Strong GLA tablets help ie Evening primrose, Starflower Oil. But you have to get 1000mg and take three a day. My doctors (who inserted the Mirena) advised me on this and it really really works..
