Hi PTree....We've been out for the day and I just checked in to see if I had heard
from you or Valerie. Valerie is working but I'm sure she will email tonight or tomorrow.

The lemon size pooch is right in the area of the ileo-cecal valve...that's what
Dr Gardener said. And I've been working on that area...the other pooch...the big one... is right in the actual stomach area...higher up on the left.

I added the ab lounger yesterday after reading from one of Dr Jensen's books about
stretching the colon if you think there is a significant blockage...and when I stretch on that ab lounger for 10 minutes straight...I really feel some gurgling.
I'm doing that 3 times a day....

I don't have the magnesium citrate...I'll get that tomorrow...but I'll go ahead
and take the Milk of Magnesia tonight ...or even in a bit...I drink the senna tea
(Kleri) at 8pm....but I don't think it will hurt to mix them...what's it gonna
do...MAYBE give me diarrhea....yahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :-)

gotta get...garden veggies are waiting to be put up...I didn't get it all done
before we left this morning.....thanks for all your imput...I appreciate it more
