Thanks Johanna,

I am definitely doing the flush...I should have continued it. This time I am going to try the grapefruit juice mixed with the olive oil instead of the lemon juice--perhaps it will be more palatable and we have a few grapefruit trees out back. Also will try mixing the Epsom Salts with grapefruit juice. I dread drinking all that oil, though I know it's good for me.
