I use 2-3 drops of Lugols on the foot and then spread the drops with my fingers. It creates a 3-4 inches long and 1 inch wide purple stain on the soles of feet.

Somtimes, its hard to turn your feet to do this.

Not sure , why some ppl recommend foot painting. Sometimes I paint my moles.

I was wondering if we can paint the neck, so that Thyoid gland can absorb the Iodine quickly/directly. I also read, sore throat can be cured by painting Iodine on the throat. Never tried it.
