I tried Triphala years ago and didn't have any luck with it, but you might want to give it a try...it wouldn't hurt.

I have seen very good results with Primal Defense, but only for the time it is being used. It is not a probiotic that implants in the intestines...but if it gets you going that's a very good thing at this point!
