I don't want to rehash the whole story, but will give some tidbits.

- You can get most benefit of fasting by daily fasting cycles not to exceed noon
Fresh Lemon in Hot water with cayenne and no other intake but water til noon

- Long starvation cycles lead to vegetarianism due to the failure to produce
digestive enzymes and stomach acid, also from the above book
- Vegy living leads to high carbs, which lead to Sugar metabolism problems


Now, there will a hundred giving examples of how well this person does and how well that person does. Great, if you asked me +20 years ago I would have been part of that cheering committee as well. But let me tell you, the road back from there is FAR more difficult, to regain those digestive enzymes and the ability to digest meats again is for some so difficult that they are sold on vegetarianism…
