All this starvation stuff is a normal human reaction in an attempt to control their body. But in the long term it is useless, sure a good fast may be very beneficial for an over-consumer but most today are simply starving fat people and are over consuming only due to deficiencies which are made worse by fasting.

Times change, but MH will still be barefoot :)
