Hmm...well I can do everything but the gum thing. Cant chew gum because it aggravates my tmj. Do you think even soft bristled brushes remove enamel? My dentist told me I should be brushing after every meal. Its all so confusing. Im not too worried about my enamel honestly..its my gum disease that kills.
