I've just started to look into the whole PH thing in regards to my health. I am at the tail-end of a candida and parasite cleanse. I have just switched from a wormwood-based anti-parasite cleanse to grapefruit seed extract. I have noticed that when I take even small amounts of GSE (even 1 drop in a glass of water) my stomach feels acidic. Is there something simple that I can do to balance my PH? I'm already doing so much stuff right now it's a little overwhelming to think about adding a whole new regimen.
