Everything is important in moderation. I am really careful about any special diets.
Like Fruitarians, Raw Foodists, Vegetarians, No grains etc. Combine your cooked foods with plenty of salad (Raw), Eat some meat, eat eggs, drink good milk.
Balance in important. Whenever this balance is disturbed, disease will come.
