That makes complete sense..

The highest increase in demographic with incidence of new HIV infection is heterosexual women, who of course only have gay anal sex.

People who contract HIV through shared dirty needles have run out of veins in the arms so they inject rectally.

Newborns who contract HIV from their mothers hurt their rectums on the way down.

People in the 80's who contracted HIV through transfusions got the blood as a suppository.

You sir/ma'am are an idiot.
