Thanks to all of you for your encouraging words. Ali, I won't touch anything with Tylenol in it. I took Tylenol#3 for years for Migraine headaches, I sometimes wonder if that helped start my troubles. Right now I am taking Ultram (prescription) when the pain gets beyong endurance. Usually I take Ibuprofen, it has its problems, but its what my doc. suggested as the best OTC alternative. I am also experimenting with natural anti-inflamatories like turmeric, but that's another story I'll write about later.
