Hello,

Last month, I did a 28 day fast and this month
am following it up with a month of using bentonite
clay drinks as a "mop up" of heavy metals which
cleansing can stir up.

I did this last year after a month Master Cleanse
and so this year made the choice to use two different
clays, Redmond's Bentonite, and Terramin. I had some
Redmond's Bentonite Clay but did not have enough
left from last year so went on an online search for
it.

I found a really great deal on it at an ebay store.
I bought 5 pounds of it, which made shipping really
cost effective for me. Also, none of my local health
food store's have Redmond's. I love Redmond's Real Salt
and have been using their clay with great success so
wanted to get more of it.

It was a little difficult to find the natural therapy
clays on ebay so I thought I would share my find here,
and will also post in the clay forum once the glitch for
posting is resolved.

I bought it from Our4corners ebay store and can recommend
them for their speedy shipping and by poking around in their
store, found good prices on many things. For example, I've
not seen a lower price on capping machines anywhere~~

The reason I decided to use two different clays is that
there is a difference~~
Terramin is a Calcium Montmorillonite Clay and
Bentonite is a Sodium Montmorillonite Clay. I am using
a teaspoon in 8 ounces of water once a day, and alternate
the clays, using Redmond's one day, and Terramin the next.

For those oil-pulling, rinsing your mouth with a little
clay in water also will pull/absorb toxins after a nice
oil-pulling session~!

I can also recommend you exploring using clay in your health
protocol. I know grzbear and I have been using clay for quite
a while. His experimenting with it actually motivated me to
explore its use more, and now that I have been using it for
over a year, I cannot recommend it enough.

Shirley's Wellness Cafe has a great page on clay where you can
find info galore and perhaps find all the reason you need to
consider using clay.

Many blessings,
Zoe
