I was on Metformin for maybe 3 months. Made me sick. Couldn't eat some veggies because it would react! Umm...if something is keeping you from something healthy, that's not cool. And my personal research finally caught up with my brain and I stopped taking it. I never noticed any good results from it.

I was on something from my ND to stablize my blood sugars (I have insulin resistance) but it was $50 for a month supply. Someone else recommended I look in to Cinnulin PF. I was wondering if I could just take capsuled cinnamon with the same stablizing results? Can you recommend anything? :)

Also...your link didn't work. :( Sadness. I want to read it.
