I have Body Odor problems and I figured, maybe the Ultimate Fast would help.

But I had to cut it short.

I wasn't following the Master-Cleanse protocol right...I wasn't drinking enough lemonade, I kept skipping out on the Sea Salt , etc etc. I couldn't stomach it (next time I will get another brand, something more palatable) and so by Day 8 I couldn't get out of bed, and nearly vomited. I eliminated only once.

And so I had to eat. We ran out of orange juice, so I ended up having two mangos, black cherry juice, strawberries and vegetable soup. Needless to say, I feel a lot better now.

***Now my question is***, is it okay to continue drinking my PB shakes? I know you could do it while eating "clean" food (thank goodness), but I don't know if it's safe, if my stomach could still handle it.
