It struck me as interesting that you take the IP6 with other supplements. I used to do that, only 500mg, with other supplements you had suggested to me.
When I did the IP6 flush for 8 days I did it away from food and supplements.
I don't know if I ever told you I use at least 2000mg of taurine a day, when I get nervous my head tremors seem to subside with this. So now I just make it a habit to take it every day.
