Hi,

I used the Hulda Clark recipe, and I followed it fairly strictly, adding nothing to the Epsom Salts or anything else.

I didn't mind the taste of all the ingredients that much. Then again, I'm the sort of guy who falls asleep in the dentist chair so maybe I have high tolerance for things by mouth!
