No one will have to fear doing a flush with the following recipe: 1 tbs Epson salt in a glass of water on an empty stomach one hour before the flush.

Drink five cups, each one 15 minutes apart the following:

3 tbs unrefined olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs honey
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
3/4 cup water

Mix thoroughly in cup and drink or sip finishing before next cup is due.

It works great being used by many through my detoxification program. I have many photos of stones amounting to over thousands within the first three bowel movements.
