My attachment to "things" is fading. It has lifted a huge weight off myself. My thanks go to Wombats post recently about Iodine and emotional health. I love reading all the posts. It really helps me relate to what I am going through. Tons of those Ah ha moments!

With everything that is wrong with you would think I would be dead, but for some reason, I am here.

I have had to cut way back on all my supplements and even skip days because my detox has been so bad. (I had Amalgams out in May/June) I am just taking as it comes and I know one day, I'll be great again.

I sure like my Cell Phone too, at least I don't text! That's what I am here for :)
