Yes it does! I have a cd called "The Quantum Light Breath" that is very intense. It is a 'transformational breathing process' and each time I have used it (once in a group setting and either 2 or 3 times alone) something has 'come up'. One time, I believe it was the last time (and I Really ought to choose to do so again) was very intense! As I was breathing, I had tears rolling down my face. I have no idea what was releasing yet I am okay with that. As long as it is no longer with me, I do not need to know what it is :D!
