I was 16 in '78 :D! Yes, I do remember the Parkayyyy commercials :D!

I do not remember how long ago that I heard about margarine except that since that time, I stopped buying margarine for him. I have butter in my house for the young man though. He does not use it much, as it has been sometime since I have purchased any.

When I cook, it is with Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and has been for even longer than I knew about margarine and 'bad oils'. I just liked the way my food tasted with it. I also use garlic and Mrs. Dash...now some other herbs, also.

I do not like pepper, so it is an added condiment for whoever eats my cooking. Also, until I found CZ, stopped eating salt back when I was 16, almost 17. Unless it was already in food or someone else cooked, it was not on my food. Actually still isn't, I consume my salt (Redmond's) through my water.
