Oddly, I'd never looked it up - cant think why!
By the way I made a slip in my other post. He recommends the tea for at least a month, longer if some symptoms persist, to be followed by 5 days per month as maintenance.
His recommended diet for liver problems is this.
Eat.
Clear soups with vegetables, lean roast or grilled meat, lean ham, domestic fowl, non fatty fish (boiled), oysters, bread, spaghetti and its relatives, cooked fruit, fromage frais.
Avoid.
Greasy soups, hors d'oeuvres, fatty meats, game birds, jam, fried food, fatty or smoked fish, asparagus, cucumber, turnips, radishes, acidic fruits, eggs, fermented cheeses, liqueurs, coffee.
Interesting that acidic fruits are on the avoid list, along with greasy food. Its made me start thinking about the flush again. You know how many homeopathic remedies consist of taking tiny doses of something that would be bad for you in a large amount? Well I wonder if the Liver Flush could be a sort of reverse of that?
Wish I had more time to research this.
