Today was my 4th colonic with the Naturopath in St Louis and still nothing. She
said her worst patient with spastic colon didn't have a release until the 8th
colonic.

My sessions are lasting about 45 min. to close to 1 hour. She's having me drink
the Keri Tea (I think it's called...that comes with the Dr Natura kit) we tried
fiber for 2 nights but that didn't help so she had me stop that. She's having
me do breathing exercises...and a couple of exercises on a slant board daily.

So what do you think? Have you had patients that went through 4 colonics and virtually nothing. And almost nothing is happening at home either. It's to the
point now that I get kind of nauseous at times. I'm drinking about 40-60 oz of
water a day. HOWEVER...I didn't know until today not to drink ice water...ice
water supposedly makes the colon tighten up.

I go back in one week and have already signed up for my next 3. Any thoughts
or suggestions? Thanks
