What you are experiencing is part of the process, S. You must embrace this, and I highly reccommend that you look into IP6. What happens when you kill off all this stuff you are? What does it do and where does it go - keep in mind where it has been stored, for how long, and consider where it is now apparently manifesting.

I want you to find the source now which is your chi. Stretch that from the center outward. Force this to go where it must - away. It is all in your control. Be emboldened by that reality and seek the unlimited, the unrestrained, and exert resistance - physically exert, using resistence - there is no limit to what you can accomplish and nothing exists which you cannot or will not overcome.

It's simply a matter of how quickly you'd like it to happen.
