you sound down in the dumps, Sanc. Chin up, girlie:) Eat lots of fresh produce, toss that disgusting margarine...did you realize that margarine is GRAY before they colorize it? Really, it's putrid stuff, made from putrified milk & crank-case oil & other nasty bits. TOSS! NOW!
& limit VCO intake. A LOT is not better for you than just a little. People go overboard on fats & oils....
