#70139, you posted half a month ago about hormonal issues being a possible reason for you acne,i know that DHT causes Acne and hairloss and and over self-gratification(ejaculation) releases excess DHT, i know whenever i ejaculate too often i break out with huge zits and it stops when i dont masterbate, maybe try to stop ejaculating for 2 weeks and see if that improves you problem.
