Thanks Plzchuckle!! I'll give your suggestions a try. That makes alot of sense to flush before a fast, especially me, I'm pretty toxic. I appreciate the replys back from everyone, makes me feel better.

And yes, I cant wait to get rid of all that left over maple syrup :)
