...I think he might be right on this one. Taking large doses of Iodine can be harmful. I did it myself to find out that things were not working well in my body. Dont listen to anyone on any forum. Try it and find out for yourself if it works or not.

For me Iodine supplementation did not work. I got some bad symptoms. I am gonna take it low and slow and will paint. had enuff of detox..Perhaps I was harming my body in the name of detox.

On the positive note, I learnt abt the importance of Vitamin C, Selenium and Magnesium. These suplements help me a lot more than Iodine.
