At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I suffered from "adult acne" and "rosacea" for many years. Nothing topical worked (except maybe temporarily, or maybe just in my mind...).

It took four years of industrial strength colon cleansing and flushing my liver clean (a process that requires patience), but I have had PERFECT skin for the past two years!

Funny, too... all the colon cleansing stirred things up, just like they say it will, so things were better... then worse... on and off...

Then toward the end of the colon cleansing process I really got down to flushing my liver. After 5-6 flushes at two week intervals I passed 30-40 beautiful jade green stones the size of small prunes (had to call my partner to see this--it sounds impossible and looks even more so)! After that flush my skin cleared up and has remained clear for over two years! Truly miraculous!

I do annual maintenance flushes, and continue to do semi-annual juice fasts and professional colonics to keep my colon on the straight and narrow. It's been a long road, and lots of hard work, but clear skin is only one of the many benefits.

Whatever your cleansing/health goals, I am a poster child. You CAN do it!

I don't know what you are doing to address the cause of your skin troubles, but I highly recommend you check out the Liver Flush Forum here at curezone. They have all the details and all the answers to your questions. Read all about it! And remember to give it time. Different people take different amounts of flushing to clear their liver/gallbladder, and you need to wait two weeks between flushes.
