i used Protopic for awhile it didnt help my lips at all. nothing topical helps on my lips. i have had this problem for just about 2 years, it started a few months after i moved to TX. The last 6 months i have come to accept it and move on. I just apply lip balm and live my life normally. i had a lip biopsy done, which basically showed my lip was irritated/inflammation.
