Hi Ya'll,
It may be hard for people to come to understand that taking some form of Calcium may or may not help their problems !
What makes this Difference is that the body does not Live or operate off of Calcium or any other food for that matter, as such !
But, the body operates from the Electro-magnetic Energy which may be released during the Digestion process, and "IF" our Digestive process may not be functioning properly, then we may not recieve the needed Electro-magnetic Energy to Solve our problems !
So we need to learn what to do so that the food and or Alkaline Minerals supplements which we may choose to take may React properly in our Digestive system , so that our body may recieve the needed Electro-magnetic Energy Release from the needed Alkaline Minerals, to Solve the problems which we may Face !
This may be where the Alkalizing Drink in it's completeness may come into play at helping "US" solve our Health problems, as well as learning to make Better choices in our other food choices !
But, we may need to learn to adjust the amounts of the different ingredients to fit our condition , and this may require for "US" to pay attention to the Results which our body may tell "US" about, as we are willing to make changes !
"WE" can "NOT" solve any problem in our body, without the body first having enough Calcium Electro-magnetic Energy available !
If we are having Tendon problems or Tight muscles or Cramps or Charlie Horses etc, "WE" must 1st have enough Electro-magnetic Energy Released from Calcium and then the other needed Alkaline Minerals !
And of these the Magnesium may be very Important !
Do you suppose this may be another Reason "WHY" I have suggested for folks to take a small pinch of Epsom Salt with each meal ?
Smile Tis your choice.
