Is there something else I should take instead of the L-ornithine? What is the l-orthinine for? I assume it is to mop up toxins so that I can sleep well. Would charcoal tabs help?? Does anyone have any ideas??? None of the health food shops or chemists here have L-orthinine. I've had enema this morning. Just fruit to eat and now fasting since 2.00pm. It is now 4.20pm here in Sydney and I take my first Epsom Salts at 6.00pm. THIS IS MY FIRST Liver Flush - FEEL A BIT SCARED.
