I really appreciate you words of encouragement and of understanding. It helps to know that someone else feels what you are going through.

I understand what you are saying, however I don't want my life in sickness. My life has been a struggle since day 1 and I don't have the energy for it anymore. I will continue to strive towards health, but if it ain't gonna happen, then I don't want the next 40 years to be like the last 40. I have always believed in quality not quantity.

I have also tried all the above to deal with my depression. The only thing that ever really helped me was exercise, and at the moment I don't even seem to have that anymore. When this flu finally goes, I will start up again, and hopefully it will make a huge difference.

Thanks for your support. I used to feel that CZ was a wonderful and safe place to come and learn and grow. But I did something a couple of months ago that has left me feeling out in the cold. I haven't posted much, even though I still hang out here and read lots of posts. I feel like a misunderstanding has caused me to be hated. I miss the friendship I used to have here. So I really appreciate being able to "chat" with you this morning. You have helped me to vent, and to feel better, and to realise that I am not alone.
