In way way you did have surgery, knifeless, bloodless, painless surgery. You took advantage of your body's natural wisdom to cure a potentially serious problem. Passing 200 stones is very impressive. If you had traditional surgery you would not be surprised to feel tired, weak and even down. Treat your self gently and let your body continue its healing and cleansing.
